13-2aHave you established criteria for the evaluation of explanation according to user characteristics?• A step to determine the criteria and subcriteria to comprehensively evaluate the explanations is essential due to the diversity of service users. The evaluation criteria of the explanations can include clarity, concreteness, adequacy, and accuracy. Details to consider for each subcriterion may differ depending on the data type or modality.
• For medical staff as the user, for example, explanation criteria must be established for evaluation that includes information about the analytical data, diagnostic predictions with high possibility, and information excluded from diagnostic predictions with low possibility. By doing so, the medical staff can immediately determine at any time whether they will accept or refuse the diagnosis given by the AI system [60].
