02-1aHave you prepared internal guidelines and policies on AI governance?• Establishing ethical principles is a fundamental step in the AI governance system (see below). After comprehending the laws, regulations and policies associated with AI, define policies to be complied with internally from an ethical perspective. In other words, in order to recognize and prepare for risks associated with AI, you must select core values that align with the company’s nature, adopt standards and guidelines related to them, and establish internal regulations.
• You must comply with international and domestic laws on ethical duties, medical data protection laws and systems, and the development of healthcare AI algorithms so as to ensure trustworthiness in healthcare AI, and organize AI governance for self-supervision of the compliance.
• There must be clear definitions of the duties, roles, responsibilities, and liabilities of the AI governance and the entire organization to ensure trustworthiness in AI systems. You can recognize your roles and responsibilities by preparing and providing the guidelines associated with this to the organization members.
