02-1Have you established guidelines and policies on AI governance?
Determine applicability: Consider this question in light of the ethical issues that may arise from the development of healthcare AI systems and models, and determine if the requirement has been satisfied.
• Organize a governance system to monitor and present basic directions on the effective distribution as well as medical ethics and safety for healthcare AI to have a positive impact on public healthcare and ensure transparency. Hence, prepare regulations with basic principles based on healthcare ethics, mercifulness, righteousness, and non-maliciousness, as well as oversee various levels of audit systems, data, compliance with guidelines, and satisfaction of procedural requirements.
• In addition, develop a governance system that can ensure trustworthiness in AI systems. This is to prevent any ethical, intellectual property rights, security, and privacy issues in the training or inference of the AI system. There must be internal guidelines and policies on AI governance to stay alert on these risk factors.
• You can establish internal policies in two ways by taking into account their utilization:✓ First, establish internal guidelines and policies by adopting and organizing laws, regulations, policies, standards, and guidelines related to AI.
✓ Second, clarify and document the roles and responsibilities of the organization according to the life cycle of the AI system.
