02-3Is the AI governance being supervised to ensure proper implementation?Determine applicability: Consider this question if guidelines and policies on AI governance have been prepared according to "02-1," and determine if the requirement has been satisfied.
• Entities operating an AI governance system must be responsible for the operational outcome, and this responsibility cannot be transferred. Therefore, the AI governance manager must oversee the group’s compliance with internal guidelines and policies.
• The performance of the healthcare AI solution must also be ensured by repeated management such as not distributing the system and suspending its usage by implementing the monitoring process for risk management including the prediction performance of the healthcare AI system.
