Requirement 14 Ensuring traceability and modification history of the AI system

14-1Have you established measures to track the AI system’s decision-making?Determine applicability: Consider this question if the healthcare AI service is implemented with AI for prediction and decision, and determine if the requirement has been satisfied.
• You must analyze the social, ethical, and legal ripple effects and establish measures to track problems caused by such ripple effects when the medical staff uses the output of the AI system (e.g. inference, classifications) to make decisions. Also, continuous monitoring of training data and model is necessary if the healthcare AI system was designed and developed to learn throughout its operation.
• Unlike conventional software, AI systems have repetitive life cycle processes, which necessitate tracking measures across the life cycle, even including the service operation stage.
• Define and continuously monitor information to be collected for the log at each stage of the AI system to track the effects of the system outputs that may be generated by human elements, such as the AI system operator and the user, and functional aspects, including building the AI model, datasets, and the system.
