13-1Have you analyzed user characteristics and constraints in the AI system?Determine applicability: Consider this question when information is provided to numerous users while implementing healthcare AI systems, and determine if the requirement has been satisfied.
• Consider first the users reading the result before evaluating the appropriateness of the result provided by the AI system. Perform a detailed analysis of the users, as the level, depth, and context of the result (explanation) are determined depending on who the users are.
• Analyze the characteristics and constraints of each user since users of healthcare AI systems can be sorted into either healthcare professionals or the general public, including patients, depending on the purpose of the system development. In other words, there must be comprehensive considerations on various users, including whether the user has medical knowledge and the necessity of a certain level of medical expertise to explain the system.
