Requirement 14 Ensuring traceability and modification history of the AI system

01-2Have you prepared measures to remove and prevent risk factors or mitigate the effects?Determine applicability: Consider this question after analyzing the risk factors in "01-1," and determine if the requirement has been satisfied.
• Prepare countermeasures for each risk factor analyzed in "01-1." The countermeasures include removing the cause of risk factors to prevent loss of life and accidents beforehand or minimizing the ripple effects and negative impact of accidents.
• Countermeasures refer to all methods that can be applied technically including procedures such as implementation and operating methods, software and hardware functions, and model training techniques and strategies. You can refer to the examples of countermeasures in "01-2a." All stakeholders implementing AI should keep this in mind when preparing countermeasures for risk factors and ensure risks have been removed and mitigated.
• Carefully analyze technical methods to respond to potential risk factors in each stage of the AI life cycle, and develop measures to reduce the probability of medical errors while enhancing the trustworthiness of the AI system.
