• You must recognize in advance risk factors when adopting and operating healthcare AI systems, such as deteriorated performance in prediction, security, and privacy issues, by employing the risk management systems of medical devices, and prepare countermeasures by analyzing the scale of risks (severity and ripple effects).
* Risk management of medical devices: A risk management system that manages risks to be at an acceptable level through a systematic application of management policies, procedures, and practices for analysis, assessment, control, and monitoring of risks in medical devices [2]
