• When performance degradation or attacks occur in healthcare AI systems, they can have a direct impact on the health and lives of patients. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a self-inspection function that enables the system operator to comprehend this or a function that provides opinions on problematic situations.
• The self-inspection function should be able to inspect deteriorated service performance or external attacks then respond to such events within the allowed range, as well as deliver this information to the system operator.
• The user feedback function must be structured in a way that allows users to alert the system operator when a problem such as a momentary error occurs in the system or when there is bias in the generated result.
