13-2bHave you refrained from using technical terms that are difficult for users to understand?• Using technical terms or terms unfamiliar to the general public may take some time to interpret the information or the intent may not be delivered due to users’ difficulty in comprehension.
• Thus, technical terms should be avoided as much as possible when providing a textual explanation. If you can’t avoid using technical terms, include an explanation about the terms in consideration of diverse readers.
• As an example, an interface may be implemented with a technology that transforms specific terms in sentences into terms appropriate to the level of the users in natural language processing.
