02-1aHave you prepared internal guidelines and policies on AI governance?• The fundamental step in the AI governance system is establishing ethical principles and understanding laws, regulations, and policies related to AI, followed by defining policies to be complied with internally from an ethical perspective. In other words, in order to recognize and prepare for risks associated with AI, you must select core values that align with the company’s nature, adopt standards and guidelines related to them, and establish internal regulations.
• Services operated by public institutions are set to achieve their goals through services and social values the institutions regard as important in service planning. Clearly define the duties, roles, responsibilities, and liabilities of the AI governance and the entire organization based on these goals to ensure trustworthiness in AI systems. In addition, guidelines on managing outputs produced throughout the life cycle of AI systems can lead to more efficient management of services.
