13-1aHave you analyzed specific considerations according to the user characteristics?• Because user groups in services for the people in the public sector are generally non-specific, analyze user characteristics in reference to various characteristics of humans.
• Services based on natural language processing should consider age, region, or knowledge level according to expertise. Provide explanations while taking the varying user characteristics (e.g. vocabulary, words, dialects, intonation) into consideration.
• When providing AI services, you must consider the level of access to digital information by vulnerable groups, including persons with disabilities, middle-aged and older adults, farmers, fishermen, and the low-income class. Persons with disabilities may especially have more challenges in using services; provide an explanation by taking this into account.
