• An overflow of thoughtless development of public AI systems can not only increase confusion among service users but also lead to unnecessary costs in public system development and maintenance.
• Conduct a review on the newly planned AI system for the public sector to check any similarities with the current systems in terms of users and the system’s role. Plan and design the AI system after analyzing whether the system can be implemented by improving, integrating, or abolishing the current system(s).
