  • 14-1cDo you collect and manage user logs to continuously monitor user experience?
    • Log analysis of service usage can be the most fundamental method to confirm the service operation status and the problems the users are experiencing. Service logs are continuously collected while the service is available and may accumulate in various forms according to the service advancement.

    • Since public services are intended for a wide range of users, monitoring and analyzing the user experience of those relatively disadvantaged using digital devices can help you provide better services. Examples of UX logs that you can collect and analyze are as follows:
Multimodal-based remote elderly care service: Time consumed for the elderly to respond to and converse with an AI speaker, the comfort of wearable devices, whether the wearable device is easy to handle, etc.; and
AI public consulting service: The civil petitioner’s satisfaction with the consulting, the number of identical responses from the service in one session (expect to be a negative experience), etc.
