06-2aHave you made a thorough analysis when selecting the protected attributes?• If there is no thorough analysis when selecting protected attributes, it can result in low performance of the AI model as well as a discriminatory response to sensitive attributes. Therefore, upon identifying protected attributes that affect the model output, change some of the data in the given dataset to observe and analyze the progress of changes in the result of the AI model.
• When developing AI services in the public sector, compare and analyze the set protected attributes to examine their impact on unfair results and changes in their performance since training datasets can include sensitive attributes, such as age, gender, region, and race, whether it was intended or not.
