• With the personification of AI systems, many services aim to enhance intimacy and usability for users. But as AI technologies advance, distinction from humans becomes more challenging, confusing the users about whether they are interacting with a human or a system. Therefore, service providers must clearly inform who or what users are interacting with so as to avoid confusion among users.
