• As AI services are used by a wide range of users, AI system outputs can be interpreted from different viewpoints, which may lead to misunderstanding.
• Therefore, the service operator must take into account the analyzed user characteristics in "13-1" to provide major variables, decision factors, data, logic, or algorithm of the decision-making in clear and succinct terms appropriate to the context.
• The evaluation criteria for such explanations may include clarity, concreteness, and accuracy.
