12-2Does the system perform the function of alerting the operator if a problem occurs in the AI system?Determine applicability: Consider this question for services implemented with AI for prediction and decision or public services among AI services in the public sector, and determine if the requirement has been satisfied.
• Various factors such as external attacks and misuse by users may lead to bias or deteriorated performance during the service of AI systems. Hence, the systems must be installed with a self-inspection function to identify such events, or a user feedback function that enables users to deliver their opinions on relevant matters to the system operator.
• A function to notify the operator of any problems is critical, especially for AI services in the public sector, as services must be available to all users equally.
