13-1Have you analyzed user characteristics and constraints in the AI system?Determine applicability: Determine if the requirement has been satisfied by considering the AI service’s user characteristics in the public sector.
• Consider first the users reading the result before evaluating the appropriateness of the result provided by the AI system. Perform a detailed analysis of the users, as the level, depth, and context of the result (explanation) are determined depending on who the users are.
• Such services in the public sector can use status indicators and audiovisual information in consideration of the devices and environment where the service is operated, along with information provided simply by explanations. Therefore, for clear delivery of information, it is important to analyze user characteristics and consider various delivery methods.
