01-2bHave you prepared measures to verify/manage compliance with risk management policies?• Public institutions must be able to demonstrate the AI service is compliant with all “principles to implement trustworthy AI” in which activities and decision-making are trustworthy in all stages of development and operation of AI services according to the code of ethics and policies of the institution.
• Accordingly, institutions must be able to enhance the responsibilities of personnel and prove each activity by documenting major decisions, risks, issues, and measures during the development and operation of AI services and having the ethics commission and regulatory commission within the institution ensure the responsibilities and roles of AI services.
