Requirement 14 Ensuring traceability and modification history of the AI system

14-2Have you obtained the modification history of training data and managed the impact of data modifications?• AI models change according to the data used, which can lead to changes in the design or major parameters of the model. If modifications were made in the training data during model development, you must track the management of the training data versions and the cause for modifications.
• Also, if the AI model needs additional training along with new data, recording and management are advisable so that you will be able to track the changes in the model’s performance according to the percentage of the new data added to the existing training data. This will also help you evaluate the impact on the model’s performance resulting from changes in the training data.
• For managing the modification history of training data, you may consider using open-source tools or developing a system for training data version management. You must provide information like the reason for changes in the training data, the structure of the changed training data, the inference result of the training model, and the performance evaluation due to model changes to allow stakeholders using or managing the training data to check the impact of the changes.
