Requirement 14 Ensuring traceability and modification history of the AI system

14-1bHave you put in place the log collection function to track the AI system’s decision-making?• There must be an ongoing collection of information about the model’s training process, decisions made in operation, and user input data to ensure traceability of the whole life cycle of the AI system. To do so, you must select the information to collect logs for each system process and define the significance of the information followed by determining the log format before collecting the logs.
• In order to track the cause of error during the AI system operation, the log must be collected considering the datasets and how the model was built—the two necessary elements to analyze the cause of the error.
