02-4Has the AI governance group reviewed the differences between the new and previous systems?• An overflow of thoughtless development of AI systems can not only increase confusion among service users but also lead to unnecessary costs in system development and maintenance.
• Conduct a review on the newly planned AI system to check any similarities with the current systems in terms of users and the system’s role. Plan and design the AI system after analyzing whether the system can be implemented by improving, integrating, or abolishing the current system(s). Specifically, the public sector, including government departments and affiliated organizations, should pay more attention to the utilization of AI services.
